PROMOTER’S DETAILS
1. The promoter of the “Google Review” competition (Competition) is Graduations Now, of PO Box 595, Mount Martha 3934, phone 1300 865 998, ABN: 77 621 497 354 (Promoter).
WHO CAN ENTER
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age.
HOW TO ENTER
3. At Graduations Now we pride ourselves on providing exceptional Graduation products, top service and prompt delivery. If you are one of our many happy customers, we’d appreciate you placing a positive review on Google for us. Each month we will select one lucky reviewer to receive a $150 EFTPOS Gift Card.
4. The Competition commences at 10:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Thursday 19th August 2021 and closes at midnight AEST Friday 31st December 2021 (Competition Period).
5. To be eligible the entry must be received and processed by the Promoter between 19th August and 31st December 2020 inclusive.
6. To enter the Competition, entrants must place a positive review on Graduation Now’s Google My Business listing https://graduationsnow.us13.list-manage.com/track/click?e=68083199c0&id=7708d0b989&u=9edb106fb3a5607d4a9ac5a55
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple entries or for submitting an entry that may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.
8. The Promoter retains the absolute discretion to disqualify any entry it considers offensive or that may breach these terms and conditions, or that is incomplete, indecipherable or illegible.
HOW TO WIN
9. The judging will take place at Graduations Now, PO Box 595, Mount Martha 3934, on the last day of each month at 9:00AM AEST. The results of the judging will be final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If the prizes are not claimed within two weeks from the original draw date, a further draw will be conducted and a despatch of notification issued.
11. The re-judge will be conducted at Graduations Now, PO Box 102, Moorabbin 3189, on the 15th of each month at 9:00AM AEST. The result of the judging will be final.
12. The winner/s will be notified by phone and email within two days of the judging. The first name and suburb of the winner will be displayed on the Graduations Now Facebook and Instagram pages, and in the Graduations Now email newsletter.
13. The five Competition prize winners (one each month) will receive one $150 EFTPOS gift card.
INDEMNITIES
14. Entrants do not have to make a purchase in order to be eligible to win.
15. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to the following (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law): indirect or consequential loss; personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize; loss relating to any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoter; or any variation in the prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions,
16. By entering the Competition, each entrant assigns to the Promoter all right, title and interest in any intellectual property rights created in connection with or arising out of the entry into the Competition.
17. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees that their first name, suburb and submitted ‘Google review’ wording can be promoted by Graduations Now on the Graduations Now website, Graduations Now social media accounts and via email to the Graduations Now database.
18. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant regulatory authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
19. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, whether or not under the Promoter’s control, including any injury or damage to the entrant’s, or any other person’s, handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Competition.
PRIVACY
20. By entering the competition, an entrant provides their information to the Promoter. Information provided will be governed by the Promotor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

WHO CAN ENTER
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Entrants under the age of 18 must receive parental or guardian consent to participate (e.g. a parent may submit a photograph from their child’s graduation). Parental / guardian consent must be given on the entry form and a valid phone number for the parent or guardian must be provided.
HOW TO ENTER
3. To help show the students of tomorrow just how amazing Graduation can be, and what they can look forward to on their special day, we’re seeking inspiring photos from current/past Graduates. Share your favourite photo, from Graduation to go into the draw to win a $250 EFTPOS Gift Voucher.
4. The Competition commences at 10:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday 15th December 2021 and closes at midnight AEST Monday 31st January 2022 (Competition Period).
5. To be eligible the entry must be received and processed by the Promoter between 15th December and 31st January 2022 inclusive.
6. To enter the Competition, entrants must email their photograph, along with their full name, email address and telephone number to email@graduationsnow.com.au
